Delete your Kawkab account

You can delete your Kawkab account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Kawkab and sign in.
2. Settings → the last option in the Account section: “Delete account”.
3. Read what will be deleted, then enter your password and confirm.

By email (without the app)

Email support@kawkab.world from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

What is deleted

• Your name
• Your email
• Your mobile number (if added)
• Your sign-in data and account record

Timing

Deletion in the app is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep.

Bookings made with partners (such as airlines and hotels) are held by them and are not deleted with your Kawkab account. Contact them directly to delete your data there. Data saved on your device (wallet and favorites) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
