سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق كوكب

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «كوكب» بياناتك الشخصية ويستخدمها ويشاركها ويحميها، وما هي حقوقك. أُعدّت هذه السياسة بما يتوافق مع القانون القطري رقم (13) لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية.
1. المسؤول عن بياناتك

2. البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا
أ) بيانات الحساب (إذا أنشأت حساباً)

الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري): إذا اخترت «المتابعة مع Google»، تعطينا Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، ويحفظ Firebase معرّف حسابك في Google ورابط صورتك الشخصية ضمن سجل الدخول. لا نستلم كلمة مرور حسابك في Google، ولا نصل إلى أي بيانات أخرى فيه. يمكنك إلغاء ربط كوكب من إعدادات حسابك في Google في أي وقت، وحذف حسابك في كوكب يحذف هذه البيانات.
الدخول بحساب Apple (اختياري): إذا اخترت «المتابعة مع Apple»، تعطينا Apple اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، ويحفظ Firebase معرّف حسابك في Apple ضمن سجل الدخول. إذا اخترت «إخفاء بريدي الإلكتروني»، نستلم عنواناً خاصاً من Apple يحوّل رسائلنا إلى بريدك، ولا نعرف بريدك الحقيقي. لا نستلم كلمة مرور حسابك في Apple، ولا نصل إلى أي بيانات أخرى فيه. يمكنك إيقاف استخدام حساب Apple مع كوكب من إعدادات حسابك في Apple في أي وقت، وحذف حسابك في كوكب يحذف هذه البيانات.
لا نطلب رقم جوازك أو جنسيتك أو بيانات بطاقتك البنكية.
ب) الموقع الجغرافي (بموافقتك فقط)
- إذا سمحت للتطبيق بالوصول لموقعك، نستخدمه لتحديد مدينتك وعملتك الافتراضية ومركز الخريطة والطقس.
- تُرسَل الإحداثيات إلى خدمة Photon (من komoot) لمعرفة اسم المدينة، ويُحفظ ناتجها على جهازك فقط.
- يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك، وسيعمل التطبيق بمدينة افتراضية تختارها أنت.
ج) المحادثة مع المساعد الذكي
- رسائلك إلى «مستشار كوكب» وآخر رسائل المحادثة تُرسَل عبر خادمنا إلى خدمة Google Gemini لتوليد الرد.
- لا نحفظ محتوى المحادثات على خوادمنا. قد يحتفظ مزود الخدمة بها لفترة محدودة لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وفق شروطه.
- لا تُدخل بيانات حساسة (رقم جواز، بطاقة بنكية، كلمات مرور، معلومات صحية) في المحادثة.
د) الترجمة
- على أندرويد وآيفون تتم الترجمة على جهازك باستخدام Google ML Kit، ولا يُرسَل النص خارج الجهاز (يُحمَّل ملف اللغة مرة واحدة).
- إذا لم تتوفر الترجمة على الجهاز، يُرسَل النص عبر خادمنا إلى خدمة MyMemory لترجمته.
- إذا استخدمت الإدخال الصوتي، يُعالَج صوتك بخدمة التعرف على الكلام الموجودة في جهازك أو متصفحك (مثل Google أو Apple) وفق سياستها.
هـ) الطقس والعملات والخرائط
- الطقس: اسم المدينة أو إحداثياتها تُرسَل عبر خادمنا إلى MET Norway وخدمة Nominatim من مؤسسة OpenStreetMap.
- العملات: تُجلب أسعار الصرف من Frankfurter ولا تُرسَل أي بيانات شخصية.
- مشاركة الخطة برابط: عند ضغطك «شارك» على خطة، يحفظ خادمنا الوجهة وعدد الأيام والأماكن يوما بيوم وعدد المسافرين فقط، لعرضها لمن يملك الرابط (kawkab.world/trip/…). لا نحفظ اسمك أو بريدك أو تواريخ رحلتك أو ميزانيتك. الرابط عشوائي ولا تفهرسه محركات البحث، وتتحدث صفحته عند تعديلك الخطة، ويمكنك إيقاف المشاركة في أي وقت من «رحلاتي» فتحذف من خادمنا، وعند حذف حسابك نوقف الخطط التي شاركتها من جهازك. صورة الوجهة في الصفحة من ويكيبيديا (Wikimedia Commons).
- تنبيهات أسعار الطيران: عند طلبك تنبيها (يتطلب حسابا ببريد مؤكد)، يحفظ خادمنا المسار والتاريخ وعدد المسافرين والعملة والسعر والسعر الذي تريده إن حددته، مع معرّف حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني لإرسال التنبيه، ومعرّف عشوائي لجهازك (ورمز الإشعارات في أندرويد). نفحص الأسعار المحفوظة لدى Travelpayouts (Aviasales) مرة في اليوم، ونرسل بريدا واحدا في اليوم على الأكثر لكل تنبيه عبر خدمة Resend (عند تفعيلها)، وفيه رابط «إلغاء التنبيه» يلغيه دون تسجيل دخول. يُحذف التنبيه بعد تاريخ السفر، أو عند إلغائه من البريد، أو عند حذفه من «رحلاتي»، أو عند حذف حسابك (تُحذف كل تنبيهاتك من خادمنا). تُرسَل إشعارات أندرويد عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google.
- بريد الحساب: نستخدم Resend لإرسال إيميلات الحساب (تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور ورمز الدخول من جهاز جديد). يستلم بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك فقط لإرسال الرسالة، وخوادمه في اليابان.
- مستنداتي: صور وملفات المستندات التي تضيفها (مثل الجواز والتأشيرة والتذاكر) تُحفَظ على جهازك فقط داخل التطبيق أو المتصفح، ولا تُرسَل إلى خادمنا أو إلى أي طرف آخر. حذف التطبيق أو بيانات المتصفح يحذفها.
- إشعارات العروض القوية: مطفية حتى تفعّلها من الإعدادات. عند تفعيلها يحفظ جهازك اختيارك وآخر عرض وصلك إشعار عنه (لمنع التكرار، وبحد إشعار واحد بالأسبوع)، ولا نحفظ شيئا عن ذلك في خادمنا. يظهر الإشعار داخل البرنامج، وفي المتصفح إذا سمحت له بالإشعارات، ولا نرسل بريدا إلكترونيا. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
- تفاصيل الأماكن في المخطط: عند فتحك تفاصيل مكان، يرسل خادمنا اسم المكان ومدينة الرحلة ولغة البرنامج إلى ويكيبيديا وWikimedia Commons (مؤسسة ويكيميديا) وإلى Nominatim (مؤسسة OpenStreetMap) لجلب الوصف والصورة والعنوان وساعات العمل، بدون أي بيانات تعرّفك.
- المناسبات والفعاليات: العطل الرسمية والمهرجانات محفوظة في خادمنا (من مشروع python-holidays المفتوح ومن المواقع الرسمية للمنظمين)، فلا تُرسَل أي بيانات عند تصفحها. وعند تفعيل الفعاليات بتذاكر، يرسل خادمنا الدولة والفترة التي تتصفحها إلى Ticketmaster لجلب القائمة، بدون أي بيانات تعرّفك.
- الخرائط: تُحمَّل الخرائط من OpenFreeMap، وصور الأقمار الصناعية (إن وُجدت) من Esri، وما تكتبه في بحث الخريطة يُرسَل إلى Photon.
و) الانتقال إلى الشركاء
عند ضغطك «احجز»، ننقل إلى موقع الشريك تفاصيل البحث التي أدخلتها (مثل الوجهة والتواريخ وعدد الأشخاص) مع رمز تتبّع لاحتساب العمولة لا يحتوي على هويتك. بعد انتقالك، تخضع بياناتك لسياسة خصوصية الشريك.
عند فتح الجولات، يرسل خادم كوكب (وليس جهازك) اسم المدينة واللغة والعملة إلى WeGoTrip لجلب قائمة الجولات، بدون أي بيانات تعرّفك. أما أسعار باقات Airalo فنأخذها من ملف عام ينشره Airalo، فلا يصله شيء عنك قبل أن تضغط على الباقة. وصور الجولات تُحمَّل مباشرة من خوادم الشريك.
ز) البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
إعداداتك (اللغة، العملة، المظهر)، والمفضلة، ومنطقتك، وغيرها تُحفظ على جهازك فقط، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.
ح) البيانات التقنية
عند اتصال التطبيق بخادمنا أو بالخدمات الخارجية (بما فيها تحميل الصور من شبكات توصيل المحتوى)، قد تُسجَّل بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ووقت الطلب لدى مزود الاستضافة أو تلك الخدمات لأغراض التشغيل والأمان.
وإذا كان لديك حساب، نحفظ آخر عنوان IP استخدمته والدولة المستنتجة منه ووقت آخر استخدام ونوع النظام، لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام ودعمك عند تواصلك معنا. يطّلع عليها فريق كوكب المخوّل فقط.
ط) قياس زيارات الموقع (Google Analytics) — موقع kawkab.world فقط
- عند زيارتك موقع kawkab.world يظهر شريط يسألك عن ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز). لا يعمل Google Analytics إلا إذا ضغطت «موافق»، وإذا ضغطت «رفض» لا يُحمَّل ولا يُرسَل إليه أي شيء.
- عند موافقتك نستخدم Google Analytics (من Google، عبر Firebase) لقياس عدد الزيارات والصفحات التي تُفتح، والنقر على روابط الشركاء (اسم الشريك والقسم فقط)، والضغط على أزرار المشاركة (نوع ما شاركته فقط)، لنعرف ما يفيد الزوار ونحسّن كوكب. يضع Google Analytics ملفات تعريف ارتباط (`_ga`) في متصفحك، ويستلم بيانات تقنية مثل نوع المتصفح والجهاز والدولة التقريبية.
- لا نرسل إلى Google Analytics بريدك الإلكتروني أو اسمك أو رقم جوالك أو تفاصيل بحثك أو أي معلومة تعرّفك، وأوقفنا فيه ميزات الإعلانات (Google Signals وتخصيص الإعلانات).
- لرفض التحليلات أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت: اضغط «إعدادات الكوكيز» أسفل الموقع ثم «رفض»، فتتوقف التحليلات وتُحذف ملفات `_ga` من متصفحك. ويمكنك أيضاً حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط من إعدادات متصفحك.
- تطبيقات كوكب على أندرويد وآيفون لا تستخدم Google Analytics.
ي) محادثة الدعم والتقييمات وجودة البرنامج
- محادثة الدعم (الإعدادات ← تواصل معنا ← محادثة الدعم): تحفظ رسائلك وردودنا على خادمنا لنتمكن من الرد عليك. يرد مساعد كوكب (Google Gemini) أولا، ويمكن لأعضاء فريق كوكب قراءة المحادثة والرد عليها. إذا كنت مسجلا دخولك عند بدء المحادثة فإنها ترتبط بحسابك لتحذف معه. على جهازك نحفظ رقم المحادثة ومفتاحا سريا فقط. لا تكتب كلمات المرور أو بيانات البطاقات أو أرقام الجوازات. تحذف المحادثات تلقائيا بعد 90 يوما من آخر رسالة، أو عند حذف حسابك.
- تقييم كوكب وتقييم ردود المساعد: عند تقييم كوكب (نجوم وتعليق اختياري) أو الضغط على 👍/👎 تحت رد المساعد أو الخطة، نحفظ التقييم والتعليق إن كتبته ولغة البرنامج ونسخته، بدون حسابك أو اسمك أو بريدك أو معرّف جهازك. ولا يرسل نص المحادثة أو الخطة مع 👍/👎. تحذف التقييمات بعد سنة.
- عدادات الاستخدام: يرسل البرنامج والموقع أعدادا مجهولة (مثل «حدث بحث عن طيران» أو «ضغطت بطاقة شريك» مع اسم الشريك والقسم، أو «ظهرت بطاقة عرض») لتحسين كوكب. لا تحتوي أي معرّف، ولا ترتبط بك أو بجهازك، ولا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، وتحفظ مجاميع يومية فقط.
- تقارير الأعطال: إذا تعطل شيء في البرنامج يرسل تقرير تقني (نوع العطل ورسالته بعد حذف البريد والأرقام الطويلة، واسم الشاشة، ونوع الجهاز، ولغة البرنامج ونسخته). لا يحتوي اسما ولا بريدا ولا رقم حساب ولا عنوان IP، ويحذف بعد 90 يوما.
ك) القفل بالبصمة أو الوجه (اختياري، في التطبيقات)
إذا فعّلته، يطلب كوكب بصمتك أو وجهك أو رمز جهازك عند فتح التطبيق بعد غياب، وعند فتح «مستنداتي». يتحقق جهازك من ذلك بنفسه، ولا يستلم كوكب أي بيانات من بصمتك أو وجهك، ولا نحفظ كلمة المرور. يمكنك إيقافه من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
ل) إشعارات التطبيق (اختيارية)
إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، نحفظ رمز إشعارات جهازك ولغة التطبيق ودولتك التقريبية ونوع النظام لنرسل لك تنبيهات الأسعار وإشعارات كوكب (مثل العروض والتحديثات المهمة). لا نربط هذا الرمز باسمك أو بريدك. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات كوكب أو جهازك، فنحذف الرمز.
لا نستخدم أدوات إعلانية، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طلبتها جهة رسمية مختصة وفق القانون.
4. نقل البيانات خارج قطر
أغلب الجهات أعلاه تعالج البيانات على خوادم خارج دولة قطر (مثل أوروبا والولايات المتحدة). نتعامل مع مزودين معروفين يطبّقون معايير حماية مناسبة، وننقل فقط ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الحساب: طوال فترة وجود حسابك، وتُحذف خلال 30 يوماً من طلب الحذف، إلا ما يلزم القانون الاحتفاظ به.
- محادثات المساعد والترجمات: لا نحفظها على خوادمنا.
- محادثات الدعم: 90 يوما بعد آخر رسالة، أو حتى تحذف حسابك.
- آخر عنوان IP والدولة ووقت آخر استخدام: 90 يوما من آخر استخدام، أو حتى تحذف حسابك.
- رمز الإشعارات: حتى توقف الإشعارات، أو 90 يوما بدون فتح التطبيق.
- التقييمات: سنة. تقارير الأعطال: 90 يوما. عدادات الاستخدام: مجاميع يومية بدون أي معرّف.
- البيانات على جهازك: تبقى حتى تحذفها أو تحذف التطبيق.
6. حماية البيانات
نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ كلمات المرور مشفّرة لدى Firebase، ونقيّد الوصول إلى خوادمنا. مع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.
7. حقوقك
يحق لك:
- الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية وطلب نسخة منها.
- تصحيح بياناتك.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك (من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو عبر support@kawkab.world).
- سحب موافقتك (مثل إذن الموقع) في أي وقت.
- الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك.
نرد على طلبك خلال 30 يوماً. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في دولة قطر.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمنا بذلك، نحذفها.
9. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سننشر النسخة الجديدة مع تاريخ التحديث، وسنُبلغك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

This policy explains how the Kawkab app collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, and what your rights are. It is prepared in line with Qatar Law No. (13) of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data we collect and why
a) Account data (if you create an account)

Sign in with Google (optional): If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google gives us only your name and email address to create your account and sign you in, and Firebase keeps your Google account ID and profile picture link as part of the sign-in record. We never receive your Google password and do not access any other data in your Google account. You can remove Kawkab’s access from your Google account settings at any time, and deleting your Kawkab account deletes this data.
Sign in with Apple (optional): If you choose “Continue with Apple”, Apple gives us only your name and email address to create your account and sign you in, and Firebase keeps your Apple account ID as part of the sign-in record. If you choose “Hide My Email”, we receive a private relay address from Apple that forwards our messages to you, and we do not learn your real email address. We never receive your Apple password and do not access any other data in your Apple account. You can stop using your Apple ID with Kawkab from your Apple account settings at any time, and deleting your Kawkab account deletes this data.
We do not ask for your passport number, nationality or card details.
b) Location (only with your permission)
- If you allow location access, we use it to set your default city, currency, map centre and weather.
- Coordinates are sent to Photon (by komoot) to find the city name; the result is stored on your device only.
- You can refuse or withdraw permission at any time in your device settings; the App will then use a default city you choose.
c) AI assistant chat
- Your messages to Kawkab Advisor and the recent conversation are sent through our server to Google Gemini to generate a reply.
- We do not store chat content on our servers. The provider may keep it for a limited period for safety and abuse prevention under its terms.
- Do not enter sensitive data (passport number, card details, passwords, health information) in the chat.
d) Translation
- On Android and iOS, translation runs on your device using Google ML Kit; the text does not leave your device (the language file is downloaded once).
- If on-device translation is unavailable, the text is sent through our server to MyMemory for translation.
- If you use voice input, your voice is processed by your device's or browser's speech recognition service (such as Google or Apple) under its policy.
e) Weather, currency and maps
- Weather: the city name or coordinates are sent through our server to MET Norway and to Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation).
- Currency: exchange rates are fetched from Frankfurter; no personal data is sent.
- Sharing a plan by link: when you tap "Share" on a plan, our server stores only the destination, number of days, places day by day and number of travellers, to show them to anyone with the link (kawkab.world/trip/…). We do not store your name, email, travel dates or budget. The link is random and not indexed by search engines; its page updates when you edit the plan, and you can stop sharing at any time from My Trips, which deletes it from our server; when you delete your account, we stop the plans you shared from your device. The destination photo on the page comes from Wikipedia (Wikimedia Commons).
- Flight price alerts: when you ask for an alert (this needs an account with a verified email), our server stores the route, dates, number of travellers, currency and price, and the price you want if you set one, with your account ID and email address to deliver the alert, and a random ID for your device (plus a notification token on Android). We check the saved fares at Travelpayouts (Aviasales) once a day and send at most one email a day per alert through Resend (once enabled); each email has a "Cancel this alert" link that works without logging in. The alert is deleted after the travel date, when you cancel it from the email, or when you delete it in My Trips, or when you delete your account (all your alerts are deleted from our server). Android notifications are sent through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Account emails: We use Resend to send account emails (email verification, password reset and the sign-in code for a new device). It receives only your email address and name to deliver the message, on servers in Japan.
- My documents: the photos and files of documents you add (such as your passport, visa or tickets) are stored only on your device, inside the app or browser, and are never sent to our server or to anyone else. Deleting the app or the browser data deletes them.
- Strong offer alerts: off until you turn them on in Settings. When on, your device stores your choice and the last offer you were alerted about (to avoid repeats, and at most one alert a week); we store nothing about this on our server. The alert appears in the app, and in your browser if you allow notifications. We don’t send email. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
- Place details in the planner: when you open a place's details, our server sends the place name, the trip city and the app language to Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons (Wikimedia Foundation) and to Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) to fetch the description, photo, address and opening hours, without any data that identifies you.
- Events and occasions: public holidays and festivals are stored on our server (from the open-source python-holidays project and organisers' official websites), so no data is sent when you browse them. When ticketed events are enabled, our server sends the country and period you browse to Ticketmaster to fetch the list, without any data that identifies you.
- Maps: map tiles load from OpenFreeMap, satellite imagery (if available) from Esri, and what you type in map search is sent to Photon.
f) Redirecting to partners
When you tap "Book", we pass the search details you entered (such as destination, dates and number of travellers) to the Partner, with a tracking code used to attribute commission that does not identify you. After you are redirected, the Partner's privacy policy applies.
When you open tours, Kawkab's server (not your device) sends the city name, language and currency to WeGoTrip to fetch the list of tours, without any data that identifies you. Airalo plan prices come from a public file published by Airalo, so nothing about you reaches Airalo until you tap a plan. Tour photos load directly from the partner's servers.
g) Data stored on your device
Your settings (language, currency, theme), favourites, region and similar data are stored on your device only and are deleted when you delete the App.
h) Technical data
When the App connects to our server or to third-party services (including loading images from content delivery networks), technical data such as IP address, device type and request time may be logged by our hosting provider or those services for operation and security.
If you have an account, we also store the last IP address you used, the country derived from it, the time of your last use and your operating system, for security, preventing abuse and supporting you when you contact us. Only authorised Kawkab staff can see them.
i) Website visit measurement (Google Analytics) — kawkab.world only
- When you visit kawkab.world, a bar asks about cookies. Google Analytics runs only if you tap "Accept"; if you tap "Decline", nothing is loaded or sent to it.
- With your consent, we use Google Analytics (by Google, through Firebase) to measure visits and the pages opened, clicks on partner links (the partner name and section only), and taps on share buttons (only the type of item shared), so we can learn what helps visitors and improve Kawkab. Google Analytics sets cookies (`_ga`) in your browser and receives technical data such as browser and device type and approximate country.
- We never send Google Analytics your email, name, mobile number, search details or anything that identifies you, and we have turned off its advertising features (Google Signals and ad personalisation).
- To decline or withdraw your consent at any time: tap "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site, then "Decline". Analytics stops and the `_ga` cookies are removed from your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
- The Kawkab apps for Android and iPhone do not use Google Analytics.
j) Support chat, ratings and app quality
- Support chat (Settings → Contact us → Chat with support): your messages and our replies are stored on our server so we can answer you. Kawkab Assistant (Google Gemini) replies first, and members of the Kawkab team can read the conversation and reply. If you are signed in when you start the chat, it is linked to your account so it is deleted with it. On your device we keep only the chat number and a secret key. Please do not write passwords, card details or passport numbers. Chats are deleted automatically 90 days after the last message, or when you delete your account.
- Rating Kawkab and rating assistant replies: when you rate Kawkab (stars and an optional comment) or tap 👍/👎 under an assistant reply or a plan, we store the rating, the comment if you wrote one, the App language and version — without your account, name, email or device ID. The text of your conversation or plan is not sent with a 👍/👎. Ratings are deleted after one year.
- Usage counts: the App and website send anonymous counts (for example “a flight search happened”, “a partner card was tapped” with the partner name and section, or “an offer card was shown”) to improve Kawkab. They contain no identifier, are not linked to you or your device, use no cookies, and are stored only as daily totals.
- Error reports: if something breaks in the App, a technical report is sent (the error type and message with emails and long numbers removed, the screen name, device type, App language and version). It contains no name, email, account ID or IP address, and is deleted after 90 days.
k) Fingerprint or face lock (optional, in the apps)
If you turn it on, Kawkab asks for your fingerprint, face or device passcode when you return to the app after a while and when you open My documents. Your device checks this itself; Kawkab never receives any fingerprint or face data and does not store your password. You can turn it off in Settings at any time.
l) App notifications (optional)
If you allow notifications, we store your device’s notification token, app language, approximate country and operating system so we can send you price alerts and Kawkab notifications (such as offers and important updates). We do not link this token to your name or email. You can turn notifications off in Kawkab’s or your device’s settings, and we delete the token.
We do not use advertising SDKs, sell your data, or track you across other apps or websites.

4. Transfers outside Qatar
Most of the recipients above process data on servers outside Qatar (for example in Europe and the United States). We work with established providers that apply appropriate protection, and we transfer only what is needed to provide the service.
5. Retention
- Account data: for as long as your account exists, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- Assistant chats and translations: not stored on our servers.
- Support chats: 90 days after the last message, or until you delete your account.
- Last IP address, country and last-use time: 90 days after your last use, or until you delete your account.
- Notification token: until you turn notifications off, or 90 days without opening the App.
- Ratings: one year. Error reports: 90 days. Usage counts: daily totals without any identifier.
- Data on your device: kept until you delete it or the App.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted by Firebase, and access to our servers is restricted. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and request a copy;
- correct your data;
- delete your account and data (in the App: Settings → Delete account, or via support@kawkab.world);
- withdraw consent (such as location permission) at any time;
- object to the processing of your data.
We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the State of Qatar.
8. Children
The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the new version with its date and notify you in the App of material changes.
