مرحباً بك في «كوكب» (ويُشار إليه بـ «التطبيق»)، وهو تطبيق مملوك ومُشغَّل من قِبل Markaba for Digital Projects، سجل تجاري رقم 246985، وعنوانها سوق الوكرة القديم، الوكرة، دولة قطر (ويُشار إليها بـ «نحن» أو «الشركة»).
باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى [سياسة الخصوصية]. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. ما هو كوكب
كوكب تطبيق لتخطيط السفر والإرشاد، يوفّر أدوات مثل: البحث عن خيارات السفر، والطقس، وتحويل العملات، والترجمة، والخرائط، ومساعداً ذكياً للإجابة عن أسئلة السفر.
كوكب ليس وكيل سفر ولا شركة طيران ولا فندقاً ولا مزوّد خدمة سفر، ولا يبيع أي خدمة سفر بنفسه، ولا يستلم منك أي مبالغ مقابل الحجوزات.
2. الحجز عبر الشركاء
- عند ضغطك على زر «احجز» أو «اشترِ عبر الشريك»، يتم تحويلك إلى موقع أو تطبيق جهة خارجية (ويُشار إليها بـ «الشريك»).
- الحجز والدفع والإلغاء والاسترجاع وتأكيد الحجز تتم كلها مباشرة بينك وبين الشريك، وتخضع لشروط الشريك وسياسة خصوصيته، وليس لهذه الشروط.
- أي استفسار أو شكوى تخص الحجز (مثل الإلغاء، التأخير، استرداد المبلغ، جودة الخدمة) يجب توجيهها إلى الشريك مباشرة.
- عبارة «تم التحويل للشريك» في التطبيق تعني فقط أنك انتقلت إلى موقع الشريك، ولا تعني أن الحجز قد تم أو تأكد. التأكيد يصلك من الشريك وحده.
3. الإفصاح عن العمولة
قد نحصل على عمولة من الشريك عندما تُتم حجزاً أو شراءً عبر الروابط الموجودة في التطبيق. هذه العمولة لا تضيف أي تكلفة عليك، ولا تؤثر على السعر الذي تدفعه للشريك.
4. الأسعار والتوفر
- أي سعر أو توفر يظهر في التطبيق هو تقديري ولأغراض الاسترشاد فقط.
- السعر النهائي والتوفر الفعلي هما ما يعرضه الشريك وقت إتمام الدفع، وقد يختلفان عما ظهر في التطبيق.
- لا نضمن دقة أو اكتمال أو حداثة أي سعر أو عرض.
5. المساعد الذكي (مستشار كوكب)
- يعتمد المساعد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد تكون إجاباته غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة أو قديمة.
- إجابات المساعد للاسترشاد العام فقط، وليست استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو استشارة هجرة.
- يجب عليك التحقق بنفسك من متطلبات التأشيرة والدخول والصحة والسلامة وقوانين الدول من الجهات الرسمية (السفارات والجهات الحكومية وشركات الطيران) قبل السفر.
- لا يستطيع المساعد إجراء حجوزات أو إصدار تأشيرات أو التحقق من صلاحية جوازك.
- لا تُدخل في المحادثة بيانات حساسة مثل رقم الجواز أو بيانات البطاقة البنكية أو كلمات المرور.
6. الطقس والعملات والخرائط والترجمة
- الطقس: بيانات من معهد الأرصاد الجوية النرويجي (MET Norway)، للعلم فقط.
- أسعار الصرف: من خدمة Frankfurter وتُحدَّث يومياً، وهي إرشادية ولا تمثل سعر التحويل الفعلي لدى البنوك أو الصرافات.
- الخرائط: مبنية على بيانات OpenStreetMap ومزودي خرائط آخرين، وقد تحتوي على أخطاء. لا تعتمد عليها وحدها في الملاحة أو الطوارئ.
- الترجمة: آلية وقد تحتوي أخطاء، ولا تُستخدم لترجمة المستندات الرسمية أو الطبية أو القانونية.
7. الحساب
- يمكنك استخدام بعض ميزات التطبيق بدون حساب. بعض الميزات قد تتطلب إنشاء حساب.
- يجب أن تكون البيانات التي تُدخلها صحيحة، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، أو بمراسلتنا على support@kawkab.world.
- يحق لنا إيقاف أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
8. الأهلية
التطبيق موجَّه لمن هم بعمر 18 سنة فأكثر. باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تقرّ بأنك بلغت هذا العمر.
9. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع عليك:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي.
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو خوادمه أو تعطيلها أو الوصول غير المصرح به إليها.
- إساءة استخدام المساعد الذكي، أو استخدامه لإنتاج محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون.
- استخدام برامج آلية لجمع البيانات من التطبيق.
- نسخ التطبيق أو تصميمه أو محتواه أو إعادة بيعه.
10. الملكية الفكرية
اسم «كوكب» وشعاره وتصميم التطبيق ومحتواه الأصلي مملوكة لـ Markaba for Digital Projects. أسماء وشعارات الشركاء والخدمات الخارجية مملوكة لأصحابها، وظهورها في التطبيق لا يعني بالضرورة شراكة رسمية أو تأييداً منهم.
11. خدمات وروابط الأطراف الخارجية
يحتوي التطبيق على روابط ومحتوى من جهات خارجية (مثل الشركاء، ومتاجر التطبيقات، ومزودي الخرائط والبيانات). لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى هذه الجهات أو خدماتها أو سياساتها، واستخدامك لها يخضع لشروطها.
12. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب التوفر». لا نضمن أن يعمل التطبيق دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، ولا نضمن دقة المعلومات المعروضة فيه.
13. حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون المعمول به:
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن خدمات الشركاء أو أي حجز تم معهم، أو عن أي خلاف بينك وبين الشريك.
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على المعلومات أو إجابات المساعد الذكي أو أسعار الصرف أو الطقس أو الخرائط أو الترجمة.
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الربح.
لا يُقصد بأي بند في هذه الشروط استبعاد أي حق لا يجوز استبعاده بموجب القانون، بما في ذلك حقوق المستهلك.
14. التعديلات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة في التطبيق مع تاريخ التحديث، وسنُبلغك داخل التطبيق بالتعديلات الجوهرية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
15. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص محاكم دولة قطر بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
16. اللغة
في حال وجود اختلاف بين النسخة العربية وأي ترجمة لهذه الشروط، تُعتمد النسخة العربية.

Welcome to Kawkab (the "App"), owned and operated by Markaba for Digital Projects, Commercial Registration No. 246985, address Old Al Wakra Souq, Al Wakrah, State of Qatar ("we", "us", the "Company").
By using the App or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What Kawkab is
Kawkab is a travel planning and guidance app. It offers tools such as travel search, weather, currency conversion, translation, maps and an AI assistant for travel questions.
Kawkab is not a travel agency, airline, hotel or travel service provider. It does not sell any travel service itself and does not collect payment from you for bookings.
2. Booking through partners
- When you tap "Book" or "Buy with partner", you are redirected to a third-party website or app (a "Partner").
- Booking, payment, cancellation, refunds and booking confirmation all happen directly between you and the Partner, under the Partner's terms and privacy policy, not these Terms.
- Any question or complaint about a booking (cancellation, delays, refunds, service quality) must be sent to the Partner directly.
- The status "Sent to partner" in the App only means you were redirected to the Partner. It does not mean a booking was made or confirmed. Confirmation comes from the Partner only.
3. Commission disclosure
We may earn a commission from the Partner when you complete a booking or purchase through links in the App. This commission adds no cost to you and does not change the price you pay the Partner.
4. Prices and availability
- Any price or availability shown in the App is an estimate for guidance only.
- The final price and actual availability are those shown by the Partner at checkout and may differ from the App.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any price or offer.
5. AI assistant (Kawkab Advisor)
- The assistant uses artificial intelligence. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Answers are general guidance only and are not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
- You must verify visa, entry, health and safety requirements and local laws with official sources (embassies, government authorities, airlines) before travelling.
- The assistant cannot make bookings, issue visas or check the validity of your passport.
- Do not enter sensitive data such as passport numbers, card details or passwords in the chat.
6. Weather, currency, maps and translation
- Weather: data from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway), for information only.
- Exchange rates: from Frankfurter, updated daily, indicative only and not the actual rate offered by banks or exchange houses.
- Maps: based on OpenStreetMap data and other map providers and may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for navigation or emergencies.
- Translation: automatic and may contain errors. Do not use it for official, medical or legal documents.
7. Your account
- Some features can be used without an account; others may require one.
- The information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support@kawkab.world.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Eligibility
The App is intended for people aged 18 or older. By using the App you confirm you meet this age.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App or its servers;
- misuse the AI assistant or use it to generate abusive or unlawful content;
- use automated tools to scrape data from the App;
- copy, resell or reproduce the App, its design or content.
10. Intellectual property
The Kawkab name, logo, app design and original content belong to Markaba for Digital Projects. Names and logos of partners and third-party services belong to their owners; their appearance in the App does not necessarily imply an official partnership or endorsement.
11. Third-party services and links
The App contains links and content from third parties (partners, app stores, map and data providers). We are not responsible for their content, services or policies, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
12. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information in it is accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from Partner services, bookings made with Partners, or disputes between you and a Partner;
- we are not liable for decisions you make based on information, AI assistant answers, exchange rates, weather, maps or translations;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version in the App with its date and notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16. Language
If there is any difference between the Arabic version of these Terms and a translation, the Arabic version prevails.
